Request for Proposal
The
City of Enid
is requesting proposals for the After School Youth Program and will host a public hearing regarding the proposed 2017 Annual Action Plan and After School Youth Program for Community Planning and Development Programs using the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). The public meeting on the proposed Action Plan and After School Youth Program will be held on Thursday, July 6, 2017, at 6:30 pm at the City Commission meeting in the City of Enid Council Chambers, 401 W. Owen K. Garriott, Enid, OK. The application and RFP details are available for review at the following locations:

Agencies and organizations interested in submitting an application must have a representative attend the public hearing, must be a non-profit 501c3 organization, provide services to low income youth, provide services which include education (tutoring), nutrition (provide snack) and recreation (gross motor). If special accommodations are needed, please contact the CDBG Office by June 30, 2017. Questions, comments or suggestions are encouraged concerning the After School Youth Program and will be accepted until June 30, 2017. Application deadline is August 1, 2017. All such written comments will be considered for incorporation into the final plan. The City Administration building is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
