Sale Location: On The Land
In case of muddy roads, sale will be held at Farmers Grain Co grain elevator in Nash, OK. Land Location: From Nash, OK go 6 miles East on Hwy 64 then 1 mile North on dirt road (CR 840). Or from Pond Creek, OK go 8 miles West on Hwy 60/64 then 1 mile North on dirt road (CR 840).
Legal Description: Surface Interest Only in & to SW4 Sect 34, TWP 26N, Rge 7 WIM containing 160 acres m/l - Grant County, OK Approximately 130 acres are in cropland with 130 acres full wheat base and 37 bu/a wheat yield with remainder in pasture, small creek and trees.
Primary Soil Types: Mostly CLI McLain Silt Loam (0-1% slope) Highly productive soil - with small amount of CLIII McLain Drummond Silt Loam (0-1% slope) and CLV Oscar Grant Complex. Portion of cropland is tiled to assist in drainage. Tile water drains into the draws.

TERMS: 10% of purchase price down day of sale. Balance of purchase price due at closing.
