ORDINANCE 325-26
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING DISTRICTS MAP ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF NORTH ENID, OKLAHOMA. AUTHORIZING THE ADDITION OF SAID REZONING AND RECLASSIFACTION TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING DISTRICTS MAP OF SAID TOWN.
WHEREAS: said Board of Trustees has advertised, proved notice and held a public hearing upon said proposed rezoning and reclassification all in accordance with the Oklahoma Statures and the Town's Zoning Ordinance.
WHEREAS: Sarah & Stacy Jones dba Sarah Jones LLC has petitioned the Town Board of the Town of North Enid, requesting rezoning and reclassification of certain property belonging to Sarah Jones LLC in the Town of North Enid.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF NORTH ENID, OKLAHOMA.
SECTION I. That the following described land with the corporate limits of the Town of North Enid, Oklahoma, it is hereby rezoned and reclassified in the Town of North Enid. As follows, to-wit:
NW/4 Sec. 20, T23N, R6W in the Town of North Enid
SECTION II. That on taking effect of this Ordinance, the zoning districts map is amended as follows:
NW/4 Sec. 20, T23N, R6W. Parcel will contain 3.15 acres more or less. Shall be changed from Residential Agriculture (R-A) to Commercial 2 (C-2).
SECTION III. Clerk authorized to make addition to Zoning District Map.
Said amendment herein above described is hereby authorized to be added to Official Zoning Districts to Official Zoning Districts Map of the Town of North Enid, Oklahoma by the Town Clerk.
SETION IV. REPEALER. All ordinances of parts thereof which are inconsistent with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION V. SAVINGS CLAUSE. Nothing in this Ordinance hereby adopted shall be construed to affect any suit our proceeding now pending in any court, or any right acquired or liability incurred, nor any cause or causes of action or existing, under any act or ordinance repealed hereby. Nor shall any right or remedy of any character be lost, impaired or affected by this Ordinance.
SECTION VI. SEVERABILITY. The invalidity of any Section or provision of this Ordinance shall not invalidate other Section of provision thereof.
