Sealed bids will be received by the Garfield County Purchasing Agent in the office of the Garfield County Clerk, 114 W Broadway, Enid, Oklahoma 73701 until 4:00 p.m. Friday, June 19, 2026, for Garfield County's requirements on the following:
YEARLY BID FOR BALLOT PRINTING CONTRACT
Specifications and required bid forms are available at no charge from the Garfield County Purchasing Department located in the County Clerk's Office on the main floor of the Garfield County Courthouse. Bid will be for a bid period beginning on July 1, 2026 thru June 30, 2027.
Said bids will be opened publicly and considered by the Board of County Commissioners at 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 22, 2026 in the office of the Garfield County Clerk on the main floor of the Garfield County Courthouse. Bids received after the final time for receipt of bids will not be considered and will be returned unopened. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
