Requesting a variance to zone the property Residential Agriculture (R-A) as was before the property split. Per North Enid Code R-A zoned property is tracts of 5.1 acres or more. Chapter 48, Article 4, Division 2. The Board of Adjustment of the town of Town of North Enid, Oklahoma will hear said appeals at 6:00 P.M. on Thursday April 3, 2025, in the Town Hall, North Enid Town Hall 220 Redwood, North Enid, Oklahoma at which time anyone interested may attend.
