Published in the Enid News&Eagle March 11, 2025 LPXLP PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)-CONSTRUCTION MANAGER CDSA, a private non-profit community action agency, is requesting proposals for Construction Manager to identify the most appropriate qualified firm(s) and to serve as Construction Manager for the Monroe Apartments project. The architectural firm, Corbin, Merz, and Haney, Enid, Oklahoma, has been selected and preliminary plans are available. Proposals for construction management will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on the 21st day of March 2025. No award will be made until the executive director has had sufficient time to evaluate the proposals. CDSA reserves the right to contract in its best interest and to waive minor irregularities. The response to this request should include company experience, identification of the person who would be primarily responsible for the project, a list of others who would be supporting project completion, cost, and insurance information. Experience with the implementation of Davis-Bacon requirements will also be considered. Responses must be sealed and marked on the lower left-hand corner with "Proposal for Construction Management Services". Facsimile or electronic responses cannot be accepted.
